Charissa is a Group Fitness Instructor certified by American Council on Exercise. Her specialty is SharQui ™ – the anatomical approach to the ancient art of belly dance.
When asked why SharQui ™is so popular Charissa responded that students find that the benefits don't end in the classroom. SharQui ™ not only improves stamina, strength and speed; it also delivers confidence in one's sensuality in a fun, safe environment.
